## Scope and evidence
- [ ] Identify buyer, seller, and authority to transact.
- [ ] List included domains, repositories, code, designs, content, IP, data, and documentation.
- [ ] List excluded and nontransferable assets/accounts.
- [ ] Demonstrate domain and repository control.
- [ ] Record the period, source, and limitations of audience and financial figures.
- [ ] Reconcile revenue, refunds, chargebacks, expenses, and recurring customers.
- [ ] Inspect customer concentration, churn, returning usage, sources, and bot filtering.
- [ ] Test critical workflows and identify known defects.
- [ ] Review dependencies, licenses, AI/API costs, security, and operating workload.
- [ ] Establish a permitted process for any customer-data transfer.

## Agreement and funding
- [ ] Document price, assets, fees, milestones, delivery, inspection tests and dates.
- [ ] Agree remedies, cancellation/refund terms, disputes, support, and access removal.
- [ ] Confirm provider eligibility for both parties, countries, asset types, and payment method.
- [ ] Use the provider's official website and verify all funding instructions there.
- [ ] Obtain escrow confirmation of funding before transferring control.

## Transfer and inspection
- [ ] Domain control and DNS transferred with a continuity plan.
- [ ] Repositories, issues, build instructions, and deployment access transferred.
- [ ] Hosting, services, billing, and API accounts migrated as their terms permit.
- [ ] Permitted databases and assets migrated; backups and recovery tested.
- [ ] New secrets created and prior credentials revoked; personal accounts excluded.
- [ ] Buyer can operate sign-in, critical workflows, integrations, billing, and backups.
- [ ] Delivery evidence recorded; inspection begins according to the agreement.
- [ ] Defects are resolved through the agreed process.

## Completion
- [ ] Acceptance or issues recorded within the inspection period.
- [ ] Escrow releases funds according to the provider's agreement.
- [ ] Old access removed; approved records retained securely.
- [ ] Support obligations and end date recorded.
