A clear starting point.

Marketplace rules, evidence labels, and what the beta currently supports.

What is available

You can create an account, prepare a listing, verify domain control, submit for review, negotiate a price, and use a private deal room. An accepted offer reserves the listing and records the proposed scope. Offers and preflight confirmations are non-binding expressions of intent; they do not themselves complete an asset sale.

Payments and fees

Listing and negotiation are free during beta. Integrated checkout, deposits, stored balances, crypto payments, withdrawals, and seller payouts are not active. VibeCharts does not hold customer funds. Any future platform fee and provider fee must be shown and accepted before a payment is initiated. A displayed asking price excludes unquoted provider fees and any applicable taxes.

Seller responsibilities

Understand the evidence labels

“Domain control checked” means the required DNS TXT record was found on the stated date. It does not establish intellectual-property rights or legal ownership. “Seller-reported” means the seller supplied the number. Listing approval is a publication review; it is not a financial audit, security certification, guarantee, or endorsement.

Valuation scenarios

Calculators and asking-price comparisons are illustrative tools. A scenario uses disclosed assumptions and supplied figures, which may be incomplete or incorrect. A price below a scenario midpoint is not proof of a bargain. Pre-revenue and unprofitable projects may have no supportable profit-based estimate.

Before any transfer

Both parties should agree a written asset purchase agreement covering the assets, price, ownership rights, exclusions, fees, funding provider, inspection criteria, deadlines, rejection and dispute process, and support. Verify eligibility with the payment provider. Transfer control only after funding is confirmed in the provider’s own system.

Private information and account security

Sign-in is currently provided through ChatGPT. We store the site-specific account ID, email, and display name to associate listings and private transactions with their participants. Draft listings are visible to their owner and authorized reviewers. Offers and deal-room records are available to their participants; operators with infrastructure access can administer stored data. These records are not end-to-end encrypted.

Public listings show the seller’s supplied business information. Email addresses, domain-verification tokens, and private messages are not included in public listing responses. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment-card details, identity documents, or customer-level records into forms or messages. Use account transfers and scoped invitations instead.

Cancellations, concerns, and removal

A party may decline or withdraw an open offer. Cancelling an accepted but unfunded reservation requires confirmation from both parties. If the other party is unresponsive, contact us for review. A provider’s separate terms govern any future funded transaction, dispute, refund, or payout.

Report inaccurate listings, suspected abuse, access issues, or requests to access or delete your data at composedauthority@gmail.com. Include the relevant listing or deal link and avoid sending credentials. We may pause or remove listings that breach these rules.
